Accountant/Office Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for the financial operations of the company including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting and analysis.  Responsibilities will also include human resources management, union reporting, project coordination support, and administrative support. A successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, be a detail oriented individual and have the ability to multi task.  The individual must be a self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.  Experience with accounting software, specifically QuickBooks is preferred.  A bachelor’s degree in accounting or Business is also preferred.

Some of their duties would include sales, preparing estimates, establishing budgets, maintaining project schedules, purchasing materials, maintaining all job records, submittals, contracts, change orders, attending pre-bid/job meetings, monitoring project costs, communicating with General Contractors, etc. The type of person that would be best suited for this position would have the following qualities and traits; strong construction knowledge and blue print reading skills, highly motivated, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, manage several projects at once, strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, work well in a team environment, excellent problem solving skills, honest, ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and preferably 2 years of estimating/project management experience.

Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Job Description:

Support the scheduled actions between the office and field personnel thru the direction of the superintendent. Maintain tool and inventory requirements thru the use tool tracking software, and purchase order/inventory tracking process. Perpetual learning and understanding of construction and company methods with the goal of achieving high levels of knowledge and advancement. Needs to have a desirable driving record with no limiting infraction or factors, the ability to perform heavy lifting and rigorous activities, and assist field crews with jobsite requirements.
